Lew'sAmerican Hero 200 6.2:1 Spinning Reel

This reel is very solid and smooth plus great color combo , I have 5 Flueger President reels in 2500 and 3000 size I wish I saw this reel before I bought them I could have saved a lot of money and the quality is just as good! The American Hero 200 is the size of a President 3000 maybe just a bit larger there reels run on the smaller side , actually ordering another AH 200 now

These reels are budget priced but certainly rates above that in quality. The reel is smooth and feels sturdy and comfortable in the hand. I already have the 300 Camo model for a while and it has performed great thus far.Will be spooling this up with 8lb braid on a 7 to 8 foot light medium to medium rod. Mainly targeting the usual beach and sand flat species. The drag runs true without grabbing and the reel is solid build. Im sure this will perform as good as my 300 Camo model.

I bought this reel to replace one I had broke the bail on and it turned out to be a nice upgrade. Good drag setting, quick retrieve for a reel this size and holds an ample amount of line. Pleasantly surprised considering the price.

This has been one of the smoothest reels I've own. For the price, it's a no brainer. I bought this to fish the neighborhood ponds and it has not disappointed at all. Lews makes great products.
