Love this cookbook!
Every meal I've prepared from this recipe book has been so yummy. I've just started my vegan journey and I don't feel as if I'm missing out on anything. The recipes are flavorful. I enjoy watching the videos she makes on social media. It helps to bring these recipes alive.

My Favorite Vegan Cookbook
I have a LOT of vegan cookbooks. But this one is truly my favorite of all of the books I’ve gotten over the years.First, it’s so colorful! There is no shortage of gorgeous photos of amazing looking food.The recipes are so versatile. There are just so many different kinds of cuisines and ingredients that truly make each dish unique. The first time I flipped through this I was so excited and wanted to make every.single.dish. All of it seems so indulgent and nutritious at the same time.So far I’ve made the Spaghetti Alfredo, Mac and Cheese, Spaghetti Squash and Marinara (pictured), Shepherd’s Pie (pictured), Tropical Green Smoothie (pictured), Midnight Dream Smoothie, and the Falafel Wraps. Everything I’ve made has blown my mind. I plan on making so many more of these recipes and I can’t wait.If you’re newly vegan and not sure where to start, please do yourself a favor and get this book. The recipes are very doable and there’s so many familiar dishes that Chef Bai puts a fun spin on and also keeps your health in mind. You will be so happy that you did.

So Excited!
I am so ready to use this book to help heal, and eat food that is better for my body. It was received quickly, and in wonderful condition. However there was a birthday card inside, so unsure if I received a return or by fluke, but it gave me a giggle. Happy Birthday to Matt, whoever you may be.

Whether you're vegan 100% of the time, just trying to incorporate more vegan meals in your life, or just need new inspiration when it comes to cooking and baking, you need to purchase this cookbook asap. I've been cooking alongside Chef Bai via her online cooking classes and a whole new world has opened up because of her. Every recipe we've made is to die for and flavor packed! This cookbook is different from any of your classic cookbooks you've had forever because it forces you to try ingredients who may have never used, but always been curious about and that what makes it so much fun. It's impossible to pick a favorite recipe so far because they are all way too good, but the Cashew-Hemp milk is a weekly staple at my house and is the best nut milk recipe out there. I can't say enough good about her and this amazing cookbook, but just purchase it for yourself and you'll experience the best nutritious flavors your taste buds have ever tasted! Sooo freaking good!

Lovely recipes
I love this book! Easy to follow instructions. I love that most recipes have pictures! Her tips are helpful. Her podcast is why I bought the book! I love trying new recipes as I get very bored with the same old recipes! Her recipes are the perfect combo of light and refreshing!! The watermelon poke bowl is my favorite so far!! I keep the marinade in a dish in the fridge and just add new melon for a couple days so no melon goes to waste! I wish I had taken a picture to share!

Buy Book. Cook Amazing Food. Go Vegan!
I've followed Chef Bai for some time now. I've taken some of her live video cooking classes so I already have several of her recipes but I absolutely could not wait for her cookbook to release so I could have MORE Recipes!! Finally, a professionally trained chef to lead us on a journey to eat more plants in a most delicious and joyful way. She has incorporated into the small space of a book, so much wisdom and understanding, practical knowledge and instruction about being vegan. This book will always be at my fingertips when I just have a craving or when I want to create an epic vegan meal for company. I am so excited to get cooking with the new recipes in this book. I'm not fully vegan yet, but Chef Bai has really helped me see it is very possible. So buy the book, it will fast become a favorite!

The Printer Ruined This Cookbook
I am so disappointed in this cookbook. If I had seen it in a bookstore, there is no way I would have purchased it. I’m sure the photographer probably did an excellent job, but the people who did the printing did not. It reminds me of artwork done back in the 70’s when each color had to be done individually and layered on top of the others. If is wasn’t done precisely, it looked out of focus with strange colors, like when old color photos have been exposed to sunlight.The first food photo looks like some kind of raspberry fruit dessert. It’s ugly. I thought, “What in the world is that?” A few pages later there is a different shot of the recipe... Both are PINK! Turns out it’s lasagna. It sure doesn’t look like any lasagna I would want to eat, much less spend my time, energy, and ingredients to prepare.All of the photos in the book are like that; with fuzzy focus and strange colors. The cast iron Lodge cookware looks royal blue instead of black. Every recipe has a photo that makes it look so unappetizing.I love cookbooks and have collected them for almost 50 years. I have so many, I could open my own shop. This is the only one I have that I can honestly say would be better WITHOUT pictures.Edited:I just realized that you can “Look inside” the book online. I wish I had. Flip through for yourself and look at the lasagna. Two pages near the front. Both look pink there, too. So it’s not just my copy!

Perfect for those eating dairy-free, not just vegans
I recently cut dairy from my diet, and though I still eat meat I am a big fan of vegan cooking. This is such an amazing cookbook, that has delicious - and very easy - recipes to replace the dairy basics I'm missing, like milk, butter, cheese, and yoghurt. The main course recipes are also wonderful and making their way onto my weekly menu plans. I appreciate how the author's professional training has informed her approach to vegan cooking. There's so much attention to flavour, to making each recipe more than just 'good enough' because it's vegan, but outstanding and great for omnivores alike. Highly recommended!

Great recipes, so easy to make. Love the cashew cream and the spelt bread, so good! Give them a try.
