The taste is practically amazing in my opinion. You get goodness of Almonds, Oats, Granola and Spirulina with it. I am glad I purchased and now it a great product for quick snacking before workout. It can help in maintaining adequate weight so one extra point for this. Chocolate flavor is my favorite, so I loved the flavor, its delicious. Sometimes I take it with warm milk. It a good choice for meal replacement and something nice to eat when you have food cravings.
