A great pre ground espresso

Coffee was as expected, I’ve used it before. The only negative was on my part. I didn’t read the size correctly and it was small.

Found this gift someone gave us and it's as good as Starbucks and 1/3 the price. Delicious.

Personally this is my favorite espresso.. I should have bought the bigger size but I have this coming every 3 months I am gonna have to change it to every 1 month. The flavor is good and strong

Second time ordering because I really did like it but thank god I save the last container because this second one didn’t come with a lid! Just the actual container and the pull top. Otherwise this is the first espresso powder that I actually liked and had a really good taste! I used up the first one in no time, kinda wish it was a bigger container lol

Be careful when you buy this product it seems like a great price if you compare it to the ones you buy in the grocery store but the ones in the grocery stores are 250 mL this one’s only 125 I’ve never seen this before so if you do the math it’s not a good deal at all. And also I like a nice set up for my Espresso machine could not display because the can was dented on the front and the back

大好きなイリー。 本来マキネッタには細かすぎる挽きですが、それでも美味しいエスプレッソは淹れられます。少なくとも充分私の好み。イリーのお店で淹れてくれるのと同等かは考えない事にして日常的に飲むには十分美味しいと思います。 保管の注意点は一般的なコーヒー豆同様 ・冷蔵庫に保管して缶を出し入れすると湿気を吸い風味が落ちるので注意 ・冷蔵庫保管は一週間、冷凍庫なら1ヶ月、特に挽いた後の豆は酸化しやすい ・一旦常温に戻して、放置せず使う この缶は完全密閉ではないので、早めに使い切りましょう。 挽きの細かさですが、この製品含め店頭でみつけるものは本来は電動のマシンで強い圧力をかけるのに最適なな極細挽き しかしイタリヤでも一家に一台はあるのがマキネッタ、電動を持っている家の方が少ない。けれどイタリヤ人もスーパーで手軽に買えるこういうタイプでマキネッタを淹れておりMOKA専用は滅多にお目にかからない。 で、私も自慢ではないけどマキネッタしか所有しておらず、しかも引越した先にはIHのみ。 今回はコスパを無視して、既に設置されていたIHでマキネッタ可能か試すべくこの小さいタイプを購入。結果的、鉄フライパンの上に使い慣れたマキネッタを載せて成功。 マキネッタの底面がIHに反応する最低面積を満たさないよう。 結局使い切れず夏になり、ハリオ水出しコーヒーガラスポットをパルシステムのポイントで貰いふとこの豆が目に留まり、試してみました。 ハリオの取説は1Lに対し80gの深煎り中細挽きを使い冷蔵庫で8時間抽出。それ以上放置するとエグミが出ます、恐らく。 粗挽きでは抽出効率が悪く、細挽きではストレーナーから微粉が出て粉っぽくなると。 あいにく手元に80gも残っておらず、1Lに40g入れ8時間放置。40gでもこの缶から出すのはすごい無駄遣いしているような罪悪感に一瞬襲われたものの、入れ終わるとかなりな量に見える。 とりあえず8時間冷蔵庫において専用のストレーナーを取り出しいざ、試飲。 結果は、超美味しい私好みのアイスコーヒーで、香りもあり超贅沢な気分です。確かに微粉はボトルの下に沈殿してますので、最後の一杯はドリップ用ペーパーフィルターで取り除いた方がいいかな。 偶然発見した美味しいアイスコーヒーですが、繰り返しするには高くつくけど、又やってしまいそうな美味しさでした。 皆さまも、使いきれなかった粉があればお試しください。適当なストレーナー、フィルターなどあればお手軽に贅沢なイリーのアイスコーヒーが出来ます。
