First thing, the seeds were slightly damp and had a whitish texture like mold.We had to heat it in a pan for a few minutes to dry them first and then use it.Imparted a very nice fragrance and flavor to our Dal Chausa.

Good quality and clean jakhiya seeds without any husk. You don't have to clean/remove the the husk from the seeds. Can be used directly.
