Amazing if you're using it as a slip bag for boxing.
Filled with water it comes out to around 12-16lbs about the weight of a human head. Fantastic in combination with bungee cords for training.Has enough weight to be able to take a tough jab while still light enough to slip and dodge.10/10 worth every penny.

Excellent marker.
Nothing else required for this buoy. Used for small boat anchor retrieval with an anchor ring. Excellent marker.

I should have grabbed a size up from this one I have a 14.5" some were in between would be ideal for me.
