I loved this book. It lead me to a lot of self examination and that is a good thing. I love the writing style, I love the impact it will have in my life as I take action on it.

Is a compilation of short ideas, some are too basic. I prefer “the prosperous coach”.

Wow, I love the simple, yet effective approach Steve talks about in this book. Putting the energy into the person that matters, and that is the person being coached - NOT the coach!So thankful for the ego-less author in Steve!

Steve Chandler is by far a reference point and a mentor for every coach. This book in its simple format (characteristic from Steve's writing) is a piece of art and a must read. Great tips and wisdom, easy to implement and comprehend. Don't think about it twice, go ahead and get it.

Was useful with a few ideas.

Good book with good advice - most of which you will have heard before but Steve Chandler's years of experience comes shining through. Most of the advice is also covered in the Prosperous Coach - however this book is much clearer and straight to the point. I prefer this book than the Prosperous Coach.

Together with the Prosperous Coach, this book is a must read. It is inspirational and very easy to read, while being practical at the same time. I love all Chandler's books and this is no exception.

If you want a book to really improve your coaching practice this is a great tool to have. There are an amazing amount of tips and questions to ask your client to take the session to a deeper level and really engage with them. For those who are struggling to get clients, there are ways to change how you interact with a new client and have them want you as their coach. This book is more of a teaching tool you'll refer back to.
