The battery life is fantastic averaging just over 2 days being used constantly to take pictures, make calls and send messages. It is so easy to use and my 4 year old manages to use the watch independently using all its functions, his favourite being taking pictures. The screen quality is brilliant and so clear with a brightness adjustment. My favourite part about the watch is the “school mode” meaning the watch can only be a watch during school hours which you can choose to suit yourself on the app. The app is also great and my son loves walking more now as he can see his steps and the coins he wins for walking which he can spend on games and prizes. Another great feature is that he cannot reply to a text unless the other person has the app, it also notify you when someone has called or texted the watch too. You can send pictures and videos to those who have the app as well. The tracker is really good being pretty much spot on most of the time a great feature to keep kids safe, you can also add safe zones. It also has an alarm so children can wake up on a morning on their own. You can change the watch screen and have many choices, you can add pictures to people on the app and the limited text functions are really good, you can also send emojis. My son has absolutely loved this watch. I bought a virgin SIM card just doing a sim only contract and making it so he can’t go over which has been fantastic. There isn’t one thing I don’t like about the watch and would say it’s suitable for 4 years plus.

My 8 year old absolutely loves the watch. It's a bit bulky on his skinny wrist, but much better than carrying a phone that's at risk of falling out of his pocket.We had a little glitch setting it up, but after restarting the watch everything worked perfectly fine. Overall the set-up was quite easy and only took a few minutes. The app that works with the watch is easy to navigate, and I can have a really good insight into my child's activity.The functions are really good. I was impressed with the call quality, just like on phone. I was wondering about how the messages would work with a smaller screen, but it's so easy too - either use pre-typed message or a voice note. Another thing that surprised me was the camera quality, again pretty much as good as my phone's front camera. The location is also really precise, so if he ever gets out of my sight I'll be able to quickly find him.My son really likes the point collection - it helps get him out for walks, knowing that he'll earn coins for his steps and then can exchange those for cool games.Overall, I'm really pleased with the watch. It encourages my child to be more active outside, and gives me peace of mind as a parent. I can allow him more independence, even if it's just riding a bike in the park - I don't have to worry about him getting out of my sight as I know he'll be able to call us if he needs help. 100% better than giving him an actual phone that he might lose, as the watch is safely strapped to his wrist, and he won't drain the battery playing games, so I can always reach him!

This product initially worked well, but even though I paid the annual subscription up front, I was still debited the monthly subscription. Trying to get a refund for the monthly took several emails & then I discovered that the watch was now not working, as the company had cancelled my account instead of just cancelling the direct debit. Another SIM was sent to me, but this has failed to solve the problem & I am now left over £200 out of pocket & my son who has Autism is no longer able to go out alone. I have been unimpressed with the customer service of this company & would like to warn potential buyers to find an alternative. I definitely would not recommend this product.

My boy has been using this watch for couple of months now and we love it. Super easy to set up via the app and instructions are clear. He loves taking pictures with it and we are able to call eachother when needed. The battery life is great and lasts over a day of good usage.Best features for me are tracking, safe zones plus school mode so I know he isn't using it when not supposed to.We shopped around and read lots of reviews but this one is definitely worth the money for little ones as has lots of features plus a large screen for little fingers.Would definitely recommend for what you spend

Nice looking watch. Analogue and digital date and time display choices.Battery seems to last over a day.Seems to be good at picking up GPS with good accuracy as long as battery not low. Reasuring SOS feature that works well.Has facility for selfies and storing music although limited storage and no facility to expand.School mode limits all sound and calls except SOS calls.Your child can only call numbers you have set on the app. No 'face' calls. Speaker is reasonably good and audible. Can send standard text messages or freehand and a few emoji.App good. Child or family can join campaigns where steps can be exchanged for xplora coins that can be used to play certain games. Badges gained with number of steps and so could be a motivator for activity. Prizes may be won. But child needs access to the parent app.I personally found set up a little confusing. It took me some time. Have to Swipe watch to learn displays rather than instructions, which I felt could be improved.Overall very good watch, though expensive. I can't really compare with any others.

My little girl really likes this watch. Not only does it look really stylish, it has fantastic features. It is easy to navigate and ideal for my little girl.I especially like the fact that it has GPS Location tracking, safe zones and school-mode. The call and messenger functions are brilliant as she's only 10 and a little too young for a phone, so this is perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It gives her that slight independence she needs. She loves the camera on it and the fact that it has an app where she can join in campaign for the chance to win prizes too. I would highly recommend this watch to others.
