Tasted like chemicals, then I read the ingredients "contains 2% or less of Lobster Flavor concentrate (water, natural flavor, Lobster, salt)" so Lobster is the third item in a 2% solution. You should Google what Natural Flavor is!

This tastes like someone said the word seafood in the next room while you slurp on warm milk.

Our local wing joint served this soup in Pittsburgh, when we retired and moved south it was one of the things that we knew we’d miss. We were so happy to find it on Amazon. It arrived solidly frozen and was just as good as we’d remembered.

On its own it has a bit too much of a buttery taste....and no detectable lobster. It might be ok as a soup base, I'm thinking of adding about 1/2 pound of lobster meat per pouch.

I threw it away. It tastes more like clams than lobster. There was like zero lobster in it. I found a few pieces of what I guess as meat in it. It's literally just liquid.

I thought lobster bisque was supposed to taste like lobster and have pieces of lobster, this does neither. Just cream and sugar.Threw it out after two bites.

I purchased this product at the local Rosauers thinking it sounded delicious. For $13 it was reasonable so I thought I would give it a shot. My fondest memory of lobster bisque was from The Sardine Factory in Monterey, CA and it was amazing so I have been trying to find something similar, with not a lot of luck.I opened the cardboard container and inside was the plastic package ¾ of the bisque. I warmed it via the direction in a pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes. The bisque I poured into a bowl and noticed I did not see any chunks of lobster. After eating the bowl, I only had 1 very small piece of lobster which was ridiculous. The ingredients list indicates lobster flavor and also lobster meat but this was a swindle. In the order of ingredients, it lists lobster about in the middle which would indicate there should be a decent amount since it's not listed last. In my reasoning, it should not even list lobster as an ingredient and only list lobster flavored bisque base as the other reviewers have mentioned.Sadly, this was disappointing and the high price even more ridiculous since you are just buying a base to add more seafood to. I added some langostino lobsters and it was much better.
