Main box was not sucuurely closed. Plastic holding box together was extremely loose and outer box was torn up when it arrived. Product was not damaged but could have easily been. Also strong potential for items to fall out.

The tools this product comes with are very much not made for this job! I strongly suggest using a closed in wrench for tightening the bolts, the open end that it comes with is wayyy to weak and deformed after a couple bolts. once i swapped the job became alot easier. As for the quality, its decent for the price. Its comfortable and while i'll probably get another padding to add on top of the mattress it comes with, overall not bad for comfort just an absolute pain to put together!

received the product in a banged-up box, the mattress was not wrapped in plastic so it was received dirty. It was easy to assemble, and one it was set up the mattress disintegrated within a couple of days. I think I will have to replace it with something more durable. I received it for less than it was priced due to it being purchased with an amazon cc, other than that I prob would have returned it.

I ordered this sofa bed for my teenager son who is 511 and over 200 pounds this sofa bed is very comfortable. He prefers to lay on it rather than his own bed so five stars for me. Great day to buy for extra company coming over to the house or decorate a room.

Mattress is thinner than advertised and very uncomfortable. When turning back to the seated position the whole futon lifts and makes it difficult. Assembly was pretty easy with easy to follow the directions, even with a 2 year old attempting to “help”

First, if you read any further reviews after this one, you will probably come across those who may have been mechanically inept to following simple, printed instructions. The assembly of the futon was spot on, everything fit and the screw holes were lined up perfectly. I was able to assemble the futon frame, by myself, in about two-hours. The six-inch mattress is comfortable but not as dark as I had expected but it is comfortable. Overall, it was a satisfying buy and worth another purchase.UPDATE: after some time has passed, I’ve decided to add upon my previous review. The frame is extremely sturdy and probably could withstand an earthquake. The mattress, on the other hand, seems to want to slide off the frame even though there are guards to stop this effort. The mattress, albeit comfortable, gives at these points and constantly need to be readjusted so they won’t leave a “guard impression”. Try flipping it around, front/back, over… no luck.

Well you falsely advertises the thickness of the mattress. Clearly states in description that it is supposed to be 6 inches it is not. I will be putting in complaints and contacting the company for a compensation on a proper futon mattress. It is also already sagging in the middle where I was sitting to the point I can feel the bars. This is completely unacceptable. I have had this less than a week

It came quick so that was a good thing . The mattress/ Cushion was thicker than I thought. I just think the parts could be some what assembled before delivery making it much quicker to assemble. Other than that it was a good buy for a guest bedroom.

First the main set of screws don’t fit and if you use an electric drill it will strip it. Also the mattress/couching is not comfortable at all you can feel every bar. Giving it a 2 star because it did come faster then expected and was a decent price. If you want functionality or comfort do not buy.

If you love DIY and want to bond with family/friends, this is a good one for you. It took about 1.5 hours of passing tools/ parts, reading the manual, and chatting over setting this up. It was meant for the basement and it is truly very cozy but not fashionable. You can jazz it up with fancy throws and blankets. Very sturdy and it was as expected. The delivery was fast and the packaging was good. Also, the manufacturer has a direct link if any of the components are incomplete. Mine was complete and it is a good product.

Product is not what I expected it to be.

My son bought me this for my living room for company. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Mattress is not 4 inches nor 6 inches as described in information. The mattress is already bulking. Easy to put together and light that’s all that is good. But I’m having company come and need it so I will now have to spend more money buying a better mattress. Also delivered 1 day earlier.
