Not bad for vegan and gluten-free cookies!
I bought 6 packs of the soft baked chocolate chip cookies. Each box measures about 8 x 4.5 x 2 inches. Each box contains 12 cookies. Each cookie measures about 2 x 2 x 0.5 inches.Cookies are one of the reasons why going vegan has been impossible for me, as I've been unsuccessful in baking them myself. So when I found these cookies here, I was ecstatic. I mean, just look at the ingredients! They are free of wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish, shellfish, casein, potato, sesame, sulfites, and many more making these not only vegan but also gluten-free, kosher, and halal. Some things I want to highlight about these cookies:- These cookies are full and filling. Not sure if this is a rice flour thing, but I felt like I ate a whole box of regular cookies eating just a few of these.- These cookies are kind of cakey and chalky, yet moist. Not sure if this is a no egg or dairy thing, I personally don't like them like this but the moisture, which most comparable vegan and gluten-free cookies lack, makes them tolerable.- There is a subtle, slightly stale cookie taste. I don't think the cookies are stale, but I believe one of these "healthy" ingredients, maybe rice flour, generates this taste. Again, this taste is subtle and I immediately got used to it.I also didn't realize until now the expiration date is very close. I purchased these cookies in August 9, and the expiration date marks October 28... meaning I need to finish them in 2 months... totally doable but I would have preferred to keep them a little longer.

Amazing taste, safe for soy allergy folks like me. Moist & no artificial sweeteners
I have a severe adult onset soy allergy and a pretty unpleasant allergy to eggs - finding commercial cookies that I can safely eat and taste good enough to want to eat is a little like searching for diamonds in a fig tree. I discovered the Enjoy Life soft baked varieties at our local grocery store and I've been trying each flavor with suspicion. Thus far, I've been utterly delighted! These chocolate brownie cookies taste amazing. They are moist, chocolately, sweet and have a texture very much like a traditional brownie. There's no weird fake sweetener aftertaste which makes me especially happy. My husband has no food allergies and is a serious chocolate addict, he likes these and had no clue they were dairy, soy, and egg free until I told him. He actually thought I was making it up until I showed him the box. (Just note that these cookies are high in calories despite the small size) Finding the cases on subscribe & save from Amazon has been a bonus as well - the subscription price works out to about 2 dollars a box less than the local grocery store price.

Great taste and texture, wholesome ingredients, but really fattening!
I LOVE cookies but I can't eat sugary crap anymore so when I saw these and the wholesome ingredients I tried them. They're so good and sized just right for one bite, so I pop the whole thing into my mouth and then I think well that was just a small cookie so then I start shoving them in, thinking I'm really only eating 2 regular size cookies, but friends, that is not the case, don't get duped like that. They are good dark quality chocolately, just the right soft texture, and dark choco morsels that melt in your mouth, I can't stop with just one, and the weight gain is pretty immediate, which is unusual because i don't gain weight really easy, so I can't buy them anymore, but when I'm really craving cookies, these are the ones.

Delicious, Soft Cookies w/Healthier Ingredients🍪
I'm a big fan of these cookies and their healthier ingredients, although the packaging isn't great. If you can't eat the whole box within a week, it's best to find a more airtight option to keep the cookies fresh (like a large ziplock bag or a jar with a secure top). The snickerdoodle flavor is absolutely delicious, moist, soft and small, making it hard to eat just one. I've ordered these cookies multiple times, and one time the cookies weren't as fresh as usual, and the sides were a little hard. But usually they're great and I go through them fairly fast. I feel good eating them as a dessert or snack because they're not overly sweet or fattening, the ingredients are healthier than most cookies on the market, and a few bites easily satisfy my sweet craving. Because the cookie size is small, it's easier to limit yourself and keep track, as opposed to, say, a gallon of ice cream, where before you know it, you're near the bottom of the carton and still mindlessly trapped in a Netflix binge after a pointless fight with your significant other. These cookies are awesome, delectable and pleasantly guilt-free. I highly recommend them! Although the packaging could use some work.

Tasty cookies, decent price
These are some of the best pre-made GF chocolate-chip cookies that I have tried. I prefer them over the Glutino cookies. If you prefer your cookies soft, you will likely prefer these over Glutino as well. They do have more of a brown-sugar taste than (non-GF) Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chunk (for example), so if you're used to that refined sugar/wheat taste, these might taste different than you're used to (but most GF things do). The chocolate chips are fairly small, so these aren't super chocolatey. (You can try the Double Chocolate Brownie cookies if you need a stronger chocolate fix.) I have also tried the Enjoy Life Snickerdoodle and Happy Apple flavored cookies and the Enjoy Life chocolate chips with success. There are not many cookies per box, but with a serving size of 2 cookies, that'd give you up to 6 servings. I usually eat from 2-4 cookies at a time. The Amazon price for a pack is reasonable and about the same as or a little less than what you would pay per box in a grocery store.

New Dairy Allergy
I am 27 and my body just now decided dairy makes my head want to explode…I discovered this brand and they are legit. Usually vegan stuff tastes funky to put it nicely but these soft baked cookies are delicious. I prefer the chocolate but snickerdoodle is also rly good. Free of 14 allergens and still tastes great. Buy in bulk!

Expired
I don't know why but every time i get these cookies they are already expired. The other kind (crunchy ones) is the only one that I get not expired.

Misleading
This order is NOT for "Pack of six, 6-ounce boxes (36 total ounces)" - it is for ONE 6-ounce box (6 total ounces). Given the cost, it would be better to go to Tesco.
