Great product
This is a great source of energy and focus! One pill a day does the trick. Definitely cheaper and easier than energy drinks or energy shots. But a word of caution: the directions say to take one pill a day with food. Take it with food immediately or eat something before you take the pill. Not 10 minutes later. If you don’t, nausea will hit you very quickly, especially on an empty stomach. As long as you eat something, these energy pills work great!! 👍🏻

Energize while staying healthy!!!
These are sometimes hard to find, but they have plenty of vitamins, and sure give you a boost!! My friends love them, too!! A little pricey, but worth it!!! They put caffeine to good use!!!! I don’t care for coffee. And I think you could lose weight if you were trying to!!

Game changer for my energy!
The first energy supplement I've ever taken that actually works. There has been a noticeable difference in energy for me and I'm super happy with it. I've been out of work for a couple months with a broken leg, and was having issues with my sleep cycle getting messed up because of my lack of activity. I was napping too much and then unable to sleep, or I would get headaches from over sleeping. Since I started these I haven't had the need to take a nap. I've felt tired and laid down to 'rest' a couple times. Maybe dozed off for 10 minutes tops. But then when I get up I'm good again. Before I'd be taking 2 naps a day and it was taking a toll on me. These have made a huge difference. The pills are big- so if you struggle with that this may not be for you. There are a lot of reviews noting people get nauseous. I'm prone to nausea and haven't had too bad or a reaction as long as I eat before taking it. I've gotten a little ick here and there but with it's been manageable.

The pill is quite large and has a noticeable mineral scent, which might be off-putting
I’ve been taking the One A Day Energy Multivitamin for two weeks now, and I must say, it has been a game changer in many aspects of my daily life. Here’s a breakdown of my experience, along with the pros and cons I’ve noticed: My Experience: From the moment I started using these green pills, I noticed a subtle yet steady increase in my energy levels. I don’t drink coffee often, so this multivitamin became my new go-to for morning energy. I was delighted that I didn’t feel any drastic crash at the end of the day, which is something I’ve experienced with other supplements. The boost I got felt natural, and it helped me stay focused throughout my busy schedule. It’s as if my mind and body were rejuvenated, allowing me to approach my tasks with more enthusiasm and less fatigue. The first few days were subtle, but by the second week, the effect was consistent and clear. I haven’t noticed any significant side effects, though I did make sure to take the tablet with breakfast and a good amount of water. Pros: Consistent Energy Boost: It provides a reliable energy boost that keeps me alert and active throughout the day. It feels like drinking a cup of coffee, but the effects last longer and are more balanced. Improved Focus: I find myself more focused and less scatterbrained, which is perfect for tackling both work and personal projects. Good Ingredients: The formula seems well-rounded, including essential vitamins that contribute to overall health. I feel confident taking it knowing it’s backed by a reputable brand. No Afternoon Slump: Unlike other energy supplements that leave me feeling drained, this one doesn’t result in a harsh come-down. Ease of Use: Only one tablet per day makes it simple to incorporate into a daily routine. Cons: Tablet Size and Smell: The pill is quite large and has a noticeable mineral scent, which might be off-putting for some people. For me, it was manageable, but I can see why it would be a challenge for others. Possible Nausea: I did experience mild nausea on one occasion when I took the tablet on an empty stomach, so I’d highly recommend taking it with food. Not Instantaneous: While I felt some energy within the first few days, it took about a week for the full effects to kick in. Can Feel Jittery: Although not common, some people have reported feeling jittery or shaky. This wasn’t a major issue for me, but it’s something potential buyers should be aware of. Final Thoughts: Overall, I’ve enjoyed incorporating the One A Day Energy Multivitamin into my routine. It’s perfect for those looking for a non-caffeinated energy source to boost their day without the mid-afternoon crash. However, if you’re sensitive to larger pills or prone to nausea, take precautions like eating beforehand and drinking plenty of water. Would I recommend this product? Absolutely, especially for people who need an energy lift to power through busy days or long shifts. It’s not a miracle worker, but paired with a balanced diet and proper hydration, it does its job well. My tip: Try it for at least two weeks to really gauge its effectiveness, and be sure to eat a hearty breakfast before taking it!

Seems to work well enough, caffeine is nice, and very rare stomach upsets.
I've been using these multivitamins for a few years. The fact that there's some caffeine in them is the incentive that keeps me taking them every day. Maybe once every month or every two months, the vitamin will hit my stomach wrong and give me nausea or even the rare vomit. Taking then with food or on an empty stomach doesn't seem to matter. But that's also something you get with a lot of multivitamins, and it happens rarely enough with these that it's not a big deal, and I keep taking them. I take them for the small hit of caffeine--hopefully I'm getting some health benefits as well, lol.

Causing nausea....
I have only taken these for a few days but I wanted to report that I have been extremely nauseated after taking a dose with food. I also have had moderate GI issues all day after taking a dose. I am unclear what is causing the nausea/GI issues - I suspect it is either the caffeine or the Niacin or perhaps both. I took a half dose today (I cut the pill in half) and I am approx 50% better - I was hoping I would not have any side effects but unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I drink coffee daily and am used to caffeine. That said, I do remember a long time ago when I tried to take a caffeine pill, it made me sick to my stomach. I also did not have a pleasant experience with Niacin in the past either. I will take a break from these for a few days and try it again. The sad part is that I have been extremely fatigued lately and I am slowly feeling more energy by taking these, despite feeling sick to my stomach. I have taken a lot of vitamins in the past and this is very rare for me to get these types of symptoms. I am sad because I feel that these have the potential to help my fatigue!
