I'm using this product just a few days and I have to say it's working better than I could have possibly expected...My stomach and gut has been wrecked from medications and either I constantly have a lack of the right flora, maybe I've been taking ineffective probiotics, (even after taking the most expensive products available) but so far, nothing hasremotely worked for me...until I tried this product. Just one after dinner.... And it's so inexpensive I couldn't believe it would work..I was prepared if it didn't work to give it to someone else to try...but honestly, I had great results in 4 days...My gastric reflux calmed down after the second day..my perpetual constipation and bloating started to lessen...and maybe I'm the "senior" the product description talks about, the one that refers to the studies done on this product for the elderly........I probably have tried 25 or more different probiotics and still can't believe I might have found THE one and only probiotic formula that I've been needing all along..I'm a much happier camper since I foundthis...Five stars!!!

I 'loved' Now's 50+ but thought, here is another product when I found it recently, with HN019 and it has fewer strains than NOW's excellent version so it has more of what it has inside its 20 billion cfu.Tried it If I were not so interested in mood aspects ... actually any probiotic must it seems to me have even just a slight mood aspect - this could be my only probiotic. And I write that before telling you I am older now. We look for motility. This product helps.

Going to the bathroom now is a much better experience. I feel greater comfort and less gas too! Would recommend to anyone seeking better digestive and immune system health.

Tiny pills means not that much probiotic. When you consider volume this product probably costs more than any other product. However if you really don't need, or don't think you need, a probiotic, then this will probably do.

I have had trouble with recurring infections throughout my life and have tried everything..... all different kinds of probiotics and nothing worked until I started using this. After about 30 days, I'm infection free. I will never stop taking it. It has changed my life.
