Perfect fit 03 f150 4.2 works really good.

Caution
I had a misfire. So I change this. First start after I changed it, it took like 8 seconds for it to start. The next day, it didn't start it all. I had to go to the local auto parts store and buy one for 80 bucks and now everything works fine. You get what you pay for
