I had a vegetable chopper I loved (for years) but one of the blades broke on the chop I used most often so I got this as a replacement. It works really well. You get a uniform professional chop, faster than I could cut things up myself, and the fact that they are the same size means they will all cook at the same rate (yeah!). It really helps make a soup, etc... look a lot more conventionally store made. Truthfully I really only use the one pattern so far too chop with, and probably will most. With the tool that comes with it to comb the chopper part that works well. The bottom piece took some finagling with it to find out how the two pieces will come apart for easer cleaning. And I still have to fiddle with it a lot to get them apart. They do come apart, although I saw no instructions that told me that.

I really like this product. It has amazing sharp blades which gets your chopping done very quickly and cleanly. It is easy to operate! I learned the hard way just how sharp those blades are. I did cut my thumb and I thought I was using caution. So I suggest you use extra caution. Those blades are sharp for a reason. Good product.

Great for chopped salads but it’s super hard to clean.

Timesaving in the kitchen. Be sure to clean it before the vegetable pieces dry onto the blades. Rinse immediately after using :)

I've bought/used a similar product several years ago, and this one is far superior. Super easy to use - first time out, I had to dice 5 different vegetables for a recipe, and this allowed me to get the job done quickly. (You must seed, core and slice veg to fit into the cutting slot - but the dicing takes seconds.) The chopper is sharp and cuts without needing much pressure. I haven't tried the mandolin or grating inserts yet, but they also look well made/sturdy. For people like me who hate chopping vegetables, yet are committed to increasing plant-based meals, I highly recommend. Washed by hand and am cleaning on the top shelf of the dishwasher, too, as all but the blades are plastic.

We use this chopped so much. Cuts ur chopping time in half. Blades are good and easy to apply pressure for the chop. A little annoying to clean at times but overall works great.

Didn't start using this until the last 2-3 weeks so too late to return. It's just inferior. Very difficult to lift the green insert (rounded on one end) and separate it from the base. It wants to "stick" and you have to be careful. But the worst is cleaning that grid. Hundreds and hundreds of little pieces get stuck up there on the grid and the little "comb" that is provided is almost useless. Let me tell you I will NEVER use this on parsley, as an example. It took me, literally, 15+ min. to clean that grid and remove all the excess pieces. Had to use a little paring knife to try and remove all of them, running the knife (dull side) up and down the deep lines and forcing water to go in-between ... ENDLESS!!!!! The cleaning of this unit took 3X longer than it would have if I had hand-chopped all the vegs. It DOES chop most vegs well, but the clean-up is never-ending and such a chore. Not worth it at all. Very disappointed.

This is really made well.

Works great but really hard to put in the blades, remove and empty the contents??

Took this out of the box, tried to cut a tomato which squished it beyond recognition. Tried an onion which got stuck in the blades and half pulverized it. Blades aren't sharp at all and can't get any torque on it since it closes at a hinge rather than up and down. This wouldn't last 30 seconds in a professional kitchen and for the at home cook maybe 2x as long tops. Don't waste your money or your time looking at this godawful disaster. If I could rate negative stars I would. I'll probably get my money's worth by taking it out back behind the restaurant and taking out my pent up rage after a rough dinner service on this thing a la "office space"
