Fantastic little torch , great for work not the brightest but very good for a single cell AA battery . love the swivel head very handy great slide clip and a good magnet base , all in a nice small package would recommend . my last torch lasted 9 years time will tell .

The first torch didn’t work, I tried to return it but UPS site not very good and redirected me to Germany because it couldn’t find my Postcode which I have set up on Amazon’s account, so I gave up. Only because it was £10.I tried contacting seller to see if there was anything I could do to fix but no response from seller nor Amazon, not good.I re-ordered light and worked first time.Magnet could do with being stronger.Love the 90 degree angle

So I have to admit being hesitant when I ordered this as I had promised myself not to get a torch that didn't use batteries I already had, when I noticed that the head rotated to make a right-angle torch with a magnetic base, and I like the one I already have so much, I figured I'd go ahead and encumber myself with one more battery type to buy. It turns out I had no need to worry as this torch also take an AA battery (though with diminished output). It's a handsome looking unit, with the gold accents making it look a bit like a Duracell battery. The magnetic base is strong enough to ensure adhesion even to curved vertical surfaces. The rotating head moves smoothly but stays in whatever position you leave it; the clutch works pretty well. In fact, I consider it a bit of a bonus that rotating the head back in forth in my hand serves as a bit of a fidget toy-- I hope I don't wear the clutch out. The controls took about 30 seconds to get used to. The torch includes a deep clip that will work well pockets, epaulettes, and cap brims.The one thing I don't much like is that when you turn it on it starts out at full-blast instead at the more mild lower setting. This design choice can leave you with a bit of night-blindness if all you really need it some low-level illumination. This isn't the only torch that makes this mistake, and I wish they'd all get a little more thoughtful as to how to organise brightness choices in their controls.

During its time of having its first battery, it worked perfectly. It was small, very easy to carry around and worked like a charm. However, after the first battery drained out, I replaced it with a second, fully charged battery and it no longer wants to work. Just to be sure, I have tried replacing it with numerous new batteries, which it still fails to work. Not impressed.

I got the parcel on time, as always.The torch looks exactly as per photo and description and it does not come with battery.I put the battery in and tried the torch: it works as per expectations and has 3 different brightness levels as well as 2 pulse levels. I love the fact that 5here is a magnet on the base of the torch and you can fix it on metal surfaces!

Good all round torch, fits easily onto tunic.

Light worked for a very short period of time and has since stopped, changed batteries and no matter what I try, it won't light up.

I like how you can rotate, has magnet which is handy, I use that for my car to check under the hood.

I find the swivel head the best feature of this small flashlight. The light output on AA batteries is not spectacular, but still effective. I like the versatility that it can use either Alkaline or Lithium batteries and it seems well constructed. I’m going to see how this flashlight works with Lithium rechargeable batteries next.

I need a good pocket flashlight to perform inspections at work. The little cheapies are dim and often quit working. The better quality ones I've bought are all thicker and bulky; using multiple alkaline batteries or bigger lithium cells. So a friend recommended I try this one as it was at an incredible reduced price before Christmas price. I bought it and so far it is fantastic.It is definitely small; about the same length and only a little thicker than a pen. The build quality is excellent and seems like it will last a long time banging around in my pocket with the other things I carry. The brightness with a standard alkaline cell is rated at 200 lumens. It seems to meet that rating and would probably be enough for my use. However, I bought a 3.7V 14500 Lithium cell which is also compatible and is rated to boost the output to 600 lumens. The output with this cell is incredible and almost certainly meets that rating.I've been using it for several weeks. Battery life has been very good with a standard alkaline cell. A little less so with the lithium cell, but better than I've been told to expect with this size battery on these smaller high output type flashlights.Definitely recommended... I would buy this again even at its normal price.

Bought it to keep in my bag for biking. Tried it out when it arrived and everything looked good so into my bag it went, then today when I went to use it it absolutely refused to turn on. I replaced the battery and the light flickers a tiny bit when I rotate the head but refuses to stay on. Complete garbage
