Works great and no headache in the morning

Not addicting
I've been taking a low dose of Melatonin for many years. I take 2mg. sometimes 4mg. depending if I feel i need it. It's not addicting. I tried other over the counter sleeping pills but I always come back to this brand and dosage. I have never been a good sleeper. I find these help me get sleepy 1 hr. before I actually dose off.

This works! I take about 30 minutes before I want to go to bed, and it helps me sleep.

Time Release Helps
Instead of getting the dose all at once this spreads it out through the night. I do get headaches sometimes by morning, which I've never had before. My wife likes it too.

Good product!
These timed release melatonin in 2mg is just about right for me, no grogginess & sleep pretty well working the midnight shift! I have 1, 2 & 3 mgs & take according to how many hours I have to try & sleep any given day! I take half of an anti-depressant along with the melatonin to get me to fall asleep pretty fast, then this timed release helps me get pretty decent sleep!
