Before telling about a product good or bad, I want to be very sure about how it affects my life. During this Covid time its important that we take good vitamin supplements. Keeping this in mind when I was looking for the same I came across Smart Greens Plant Based Vitamin BComplex and decided to give it a try. Ordered a pack after almost 20 days of taking the supplements I can happily say that it helped me in boosting my Immununity. I can happily recommend the same to all.

I am taking this capsules from 10 days . Its boost your immune and this is plant based 😀I recommend this to all there how always like plant based things

THIS IS NOT VEGAN!
Stop advertising your products as 100% Vegan! The ingredients list mentions Lactose as its major ingredient. Lactose (Milk sugar) is not vegan. This is misleading, immediately remove the vegan label from your product!

Drugs made with vegetarian ingredients are second to none in treatment or effectiveness!
In general, Vitamin B-complex is good for health by removing fatigue & control free radicals to certain extent.

Not VEGAN... It has milk in it
They have said it is VEGAN and the pack itself has allergen information about Milk derivative being present as an ingredient

Overall good
I ordered this capsules around one week back. This help me to improve enargy. Also improve immune system. Overall good product...!
