Perfect in every way
My Japanese wife uses this pot it all the time. Heats quickly on the induction cooktop. Easy to control the heat. No splatter. Saves on oil. Keeps food hot. It's not very big, you'll be cooking 3 or 4 shrimp at a time.

いろんな揚げ物する時に使ってますが、とてもいいです！温度計もついているので、いろいろと調整がしやすいです！でも、蓋の表に取手がついているため、ちょっとだけ蓋の裏側が洗いにくいです💦それ以外は言うことなしです！！

ほぼ商品説明通りでした。
蓋の取り扱い（開閉＆取り外し）には慣れが必要だと感じました。というのは、鍋の蓋とは若干扱い方が違うからです。それは、温度計や油切り蓋がセットのなっているからです。

使いやすいです
ずっと使っていた天ぷら鍋がダメになり色んな店で探しましたが、なかなか気にいるものがなく、こちらで探しました値段的にもちょうど良く使いやすくて助かっております

Quality of shipping.
Product arrived with slightly crushed shipping box and original box is also damaged. Tempura frying pot has nixs on the top. I decided to keep the pot because was ready to use it.
