Barley for health
Barley we bought essentially for my daughter’s UTI pain for which we were recommended Barley water …so WE DIDN’T HAVE as a sprout OR salad OR meal. TASTE WAS GOOD and so was packaging - pricing . Only hitch it can’t be bought in bulk and kept outdoor as insects tend to come in it like we have in rice- few dals etc . So long as we are consuming fast this product is worthy pick 👍🏻
