Awesome Product
Very excited with the results of this product on my farm equipment. After removing the rust from my tractor accessories. I applied two coats as directed on the weight balancer which I had to strip-down and removed a heavy coat of rust that develop on the entire unit. Once completely dried, I apply two coats of John Deere green pain and the unit looks great. The seal is hard as a rock. The paint took quickly.

The fumes are awful!
I would never use this product inside a home or closed building.It says can cut it 10% with mineral spirits which I did probably 15%.Better do it before you use it. Uncut it has the consistency of molasses. I used a 4” brush and even cut was very hard to brush on. Vapors Flammable!Dry looks and feels good we’ll see how it holds up on my vinyl hot tub cover in direct sunlight?I’ll report back in the future.

Did not realize was not returnable or refundable
I give the item 3 stars for a product that would be just fine IF it was what would work for what I bought it for. After receiving it, and reading the can's instructions, details of it make it not what will work for fix I needed it for... and then discovered it's considered a Hazardous material, not refundable, or returnable.. That sucks... on product page there is Refund option.. after buying it guess it's really not!

Can’t say enough good about this product. Instantly stopped a leak I had tried many other products on.

Will not seal a concrete water feature/Fountain so don't waste your time and money
Thoroughly cleaned a concrete Fountain with tiny cracks about 1/16" wide or less. Applied product as directed including temp range and extended dry time. Fountain leaked as before. Tried returning to Amazon but they are apparently understaffed so I'm forced to try again later as there's no way to call from the app. Very poor service.
