I was advised to purchase one of these as I am server hayfever sufferer and night time is the worst time, with itchy eyes and very itchy skin.I found this worked for more than just my eyes though. Simply put it in the freezer for 30 minutes and it is lovely and cool to place on any skin to relief an itch. In the past I have scratched my skin so much I've drawn blood. but this Eye Mask worked perfectly to cool the area down. And with the fluffy fabric side it prevent any chill burn.I found leaving in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the fridge during the day more than enough to last me a good couple hours.I really would suggest this eye mask for anyone with hayfever, it was a real life saver for me last summer and it will be at the ready for next summer.

I'm blown away by how good this is. Just 10secs in the microwave gives you about 10minutes of relaxing bliss. It's the most heavenly feeling.As someone who struggles with bulky eye masks, this is perfectly lightweight and serves as a black out mask whether you use it hot or cold.I wouldn't freeze it, I'd imagine anything over the eyes would be very uncomfortable when frozen, but it works incredibly well just cooled in the fridge.Haven't used it for migraine yet but it's done wonders for stress and my gigantic bags/dark under eyes. I suffer from chronic fatigue so eye bags are a constant problem.It's also helped my sinus pain.Love the packaging too, comes with a plastic bag for the fridge/freezer and the variety of available colours is impressive.

I use this warm when I have a cold and headache caused by sinus pain, It works really well, highly recommend

We used this to treat hayfever symptoms and puffy eyes. Amazing.Suitable for freezing. When its frozen we put the soft side against skin, (to avoid direct contact with the frozen gel beads when,) when cooled in fridge the clear side to skin. Comfortable, stays cold for long enough to reduce symptoms and velcro straps keep it on your face.... just be careful you don't catch long hair in the velcro... I learnt that the hard way.My son suffers so badly with hayfever and this really helped his puffy, itchy and sore eyes.Just a word of warning though... not to be squeezed or played with. He squeezed it too hard and it burst. Not a fault of the product, just don't use it as a stress ball! I'll be getting a replacement with lesson learnt.

Does the trick. Bought it for use after my eye surgery to help with swelling. Good purchase.
