Can i use this on spark plug wire terminals to avoid moisture and corrosion or is it flammable dangerous because the spark and electric conduction?thx

It is made for protecting electrical connections. As far as I know, it is not flammable, when used as intended.

do you apply this on the blades of the plug? or around the blades so it makes a seal around each blade? or just one seal around the entire plug?

Thie grease is a non-electrical conductive sealant. It's intended to keep moisture out of electrical connections. Apply inside the plug wire cap where it clips to the spark plug. Use a good quality high-temperature thread protector such as Permatex "High Temperature Thread Sealant" on the plug threads to prevent galling.
