Mackie CR3-XBT 50 Watts Bluetooth Pair Creative Reference Multimedia Monitor Speaker - Set of 2

These small studio monitor speakers are incredibly impressive for their size(enough size 3RCx) The sound quality is outstanding - crisp, clear and well-defined. The bass is ok (but don’t expect like home theatre or 2.1 normal sub woofer with speakers) because all sounds are flat but you can clearly hear every single instrument sounds of the songs /music (depends on input) . They're compact and easy to move around, making them ideal for smaller home studios or for those in need of a good acoustics listeners, I recommend these speakers for anyone looking for good quality music making/mixing or listening chilling vibe music (Led Zeppelin , nirvana, etc…), if you need more bass you can buy a subwoofer separately for 199$, high quality sound without the need for large, expensive equipment. ,

The sound is very loud and it doesn’t compromise with the sound quality. Totally worth spending money.

These are great monitors for musicians, producers & audiophiles.

The CR3s xbt is pair of good multimedia speakers that sound very clean. They are NOT really meant for pro level work, however beginners can consider them as it is well suited for someone on a tight budget. Wrt sound, the Mids are good, mid-lows are superb, highs could have been rolled back a bit. Lows are pretty decent too for a 3" driver. Overall clarity is good upto 60-70% volume, and starts to lose it beyond that. Overall the sound could have been a 'bit more tigher' plus needs better clarity and separation on higher volumes IMO. My alternative was presonus Eris 3.5 - while they are not as loud as the Mackie (I have listened to them once), perhaps they are bit more 'clear' and 'flat' but lack the punch of the Mackie. My purpose is editing videos and voice mix downs, and the mackie suits me well for the price brackets. If you love lows, do consider the CR8s sub too, but that puts the price quite high as the sub is designed to work with 3", 4", 5" and the 8" monitors and one will find other good sounding consumer level 2.1s at a lower price bracket anyways. I had some interference noise from my computer cables and had to adjust the wires a bit. The inter connecting red/black cable should have been longer for sure, it's a real tight fit between my two 27" monitors. Haven't tested the Bluetooth yet. I am using the supplied RCA to 3.5 cable, Yet to check balanced cable options. I am giving it a 4/5 overall.

The best high fidelity stereo speaker at this price range. With almost 0 distortion, listening to a wide spectrum of music is truly enjoyable. I am hearing new sounds in songs that I've never heard before in a decade of listening to them. Total bang for the buck!

Excellent speakers. The only thing is I wish my phone would automatically connect to the speaker's bluetooth instead of me having to always trigger the connection. I'm sure there's a setting for that somewhere. Besides that, this is an excellent speaker, the bass & treble are perfectly in balance.

They're reliable and decent quality. Bluetooth and everything works great. Not the best on the market but for the price, not bad at all.
