A brilliant business and life book
I had the privilege of reading an early draft of this book (and then the final one too). It made me laugh out loud and made my eyes sweat in public (on a long flight - remember those - so all totally acceptable). It's an excellent read. It's a great business book. Probably the best one you'll read - the one that's most real and will be alot closer to what you'll go through as an entrepreneur. It's also a great life book. All the lessons he learns via his projects, all applicable to life. Seth Tibbott is a rare gem of a person. And his is a great story. An absolute must read.

A must-have book on business, society and culture.
No matter what business you are in or what business you are hoping to be successful at, Seth Tibbott's unforgettable journey is full of life lessons that no-one should be without. It's an enjoyable read if you are into the ethics but also if you just require a period of deep self-reflection to push you forward. I laughed, I cried, and I held my breath for many moments. I just could not put it down. It's also a book on culture and the developments in society over the last 30 years or so. It's a book about a really good person that never gave up - and that inspired me.

Vulnerability, wisdom & laughs
I absolutely loved this book! I am a big fan of Tofurky & love how genuine & compassionate they are as a brand. I am proud to say I used to work there. Reading this book makes you realized where all of Tofurky’s goodness stemmed from - Seth is the salt of the earth. He is an incredible human, & it’s amazing to see that continue on with such a massive brand. This book highlights Seth’s successes & failures with transparency, vulnerability & a lot of belly laughs. This book made quarantine a little more enjoyable! Thank you!

Full of surprises and a great read!
Mr. Tibbott is a true original and a highly engaging storyteller. Most 'business books' are pretty boring and full of self congratulatory nonsense by the writers. Mr. Tibbott's story is delightful and full of wonderful surprises about how to remain a human being while trying to build a business based on personal passion and commitment. This book has more in common with Mark Twain than Jack Welch, and Mr. Tibbott's adventurous romp through the countryside in search of The Wild Tofurky is more akin to Huck heading down the river than some dweeb trying to get rich and then boasting about it. Honestly, a 'true story' in both meanings of the phrase. Congrats, Mr. Tibbott on a fine yarn!

A Wild Read!
I feel like I have just completed a Turtle Island/Tofurky delivery run through the Columbia River Gorge with Seth Tibbott at the wheel, telling thoughtful and humor-filled stories while Steve Richardson chimes in with reflective additions and revisions from the back seat. While I am not a businessman, or an aspiring one, or a bootstrapper, or even vegan...yet, I came away with so many lessons from this book I can now understand the allure of being all of the above. Many of Seth’s quips and conclusions could easily find their way into cutting-edge business vernacular, but I particularly look forward to the day when we see a group of business professionals sitting around a conference table while one of them exclaims, “We’ve got to find a Faster Turtle!”Seth’s insights, his loyalty to a good idea, his care for others, and his sense of humor may help you develop your acumen at being not only a successful businessperson, but an even more successful human being.
