They don't work
The bottom of the wedge is completely smooth so even on a high grip surface it just slides away with no effort. Doesn't even slightly wedge the door shut.

Tried many and this is the best one
I have bought many different brand before and they never worked or hold our heavy door. This one did the job and hold our heavy door. It's the best one out there. Very good quality product.

Door stop. Not for security
Work as a door stop but they shouldn’t be advertised as useful for security. The door was easily opened on both carpet and tile with very little resistance. The wedge just slides. So no good for security purposes and shouldn’t be advertised as such.
