Miyee Paracord Bracelet Perfect for Hiking (Black and Orange, Pack of 2)

For the price, its awesome.I did not check the paracord if its 7 strands or 550 or 650...there is probably a few feet of fairly good usable cord with the bracelet, the buckle is completely functional and not flimsy, there is a reflective mirror surface for signaling and the reverse surface of this acts as a striker for the concealed ferro rod. For the miniature size, the rod throws adequate sparks. Did not yet try to light a fire.The compass is more functional than most such compasses I have seen integrated with multiuse products.
