4 Speed Men's Quartz Watch TS725 72512.1020 with Rubber Strap

I had to return this watch because it did not work right out of the box. It looked like it was not new and maybe had been returned before. Although the price was excellent, what good is a watch that does not keep time? Also, this return went to Scotland and I had to pay for international shipping.
