Took 30 years of boating, but I finally found the product I was looking for
This freshwater holding tank cleaner and deodorizer worked like a charm. After following the instructions on the bottle, the water in my fresh water holding tank has no smell and tastes like it just came from tap.

Works Great
Excellent product. Cleans the tank and waterline as described. Tech support at STAR BRITE was very good to help explain how to use it for my situation and the directions are good as well. It was easy to use but required much good thorough rinsing out. I also used it to clean my hot water tank and it did an excellent job. Highly recommend and the price is very reasonable on AMAZON.

Good product
This is a good product. Unfortunately it was shipped with a leak from Amazon. There was no damage to the shipping material and evidence of an attempt to stop the leak. I am disappointed with Amazon for allowing this to happen.

Cleans effectively, pleasant smell.
I have a 15 year old truck camper that gets regular use but sometimes sits with empty hit and fresh water tanks for a few months at a time. I have used bleach to sanitize tanks prior and hate how long it takes to get rid of the smell afterward. This product seems to have done a nice job breaking down sediment and algae and has a pleasant smell. I used a bit too much though so had to fill and flush twice to get rid of the residual, but I’m happy with the results!

Quality
Removed the odors from a watering tube custom made for a hog. It was recently glued and the screw cap was installed. Added the correct amount and let sit according to the directions, then rinsed. ZERO odor. Using it for the travel trailer next.

The gold standard
For me this is the gold standard for treating the fresh water tank on my boat. I’ve tried other products but this stuff is easy to use and just works. Great value.
