Hi friend and thank you for your interest in our TP holder. Before installation, you must prepare a carbide drill bit, masking tape and pencil. Use a hex wrench screw off the bracket then place the mounting bracket on the wall, mark and drill 2 holes (if you drill in tile wall, before drilling, please place a piece of masking tape on the tile to prevent the tile from breaking). Put the plastic anchor into the holes and screw the bracket. Use a hex wrench to install and tighten our paper roll holder and then you can use it. Hopes help for you and have a good day! Q: The screw that runs through all 3 pcs will not screw in completely snug. This makes the toilet paper pc constantly “slump”. Not sure whats the issue

Incorrect installing, it may cause in hanging instability. The mounting plate has a groove. If the groove is aligned with the screw hole and tightened again, it will be very firm.
