It's so hard to find plain noodles, and I'm so glad I found these and for a fair price. A lot of Korean cooking involves adding noodles to soups and stews and it's so wasteful using up all the extra seasonings and packaging you don't need just to get a quality ramen for your recipe. We use these in Korean stews and other dishes, but are also great for reusing leftover take-home broths like duck soup or birria so you can make a tasty second dish at home when a restaurant serves you a large amount of rich broth that you don't want to waste. They don't overcook too easy and great for stir fry dry style too. Highly recommend.

Check nutrition label. Not an health food but this is alternative to instant ramen if you want to use these in your own recipes or use another sauce pack or your own broth or bullion. You get that similar fried, high sodium, yummy comfort flavor from these noodles. The package is bigger than some and the noodles are nice and long and chewy.I think the prop 65 warning is just due to the packaging.

Plain noodles, there was no instructions on package but a 5 minute boil and they are perfect.

I like adding my own broth, sauce and flavors.Endlessly tweakable to personal taste.Cook up with a nice chew texture, like quality noodles should.Under 5 minutes.

Doesn’t come in a box and approx 10% of noodles in each packets are flaky.

These are plain and lower in sodium so I can season them how I like. Will buy more!
