Stainless Steel Matters
The stainless steel version of this tool is exceptional. I've had a lower-quality item in the past with a wooden handle, and the handle broke easily. This one is fantastic.

Quality Product
This is a superior quality product. The stainless steel is substantial in your hand and the length is perfect to keep your hand away from the intense heat in your grill. The ultra sharp point pierces the meat with just a very small hole (no juice escape) but securely grabs it for a quick flip. This will fast become your favorite grilling tool. Use caution when cleaning and storing as the tip is very sharp. Use the protective sleeve whenever it’s not in use.
