This is a great product and when buying it there was a discount and I got it for less than 200 which is a steal. Coming to the installation, takes some time between 1-2 hr but isn't too hard if we follow the manual. The quality is nice and great for the price point. I am using it for the last 6 months and no issues thus far.The only issue we felt was the headboard starts way below and when we put the 12 Inch mattress, the headboard is almost hidden and hence not the best to look at. There are a few other Zinus Bed frame that has where the height of the headboard is good enough that we can take a rest and looks much better.

Love the bed but so do my cats, but they seem to think it is there new scratching post. First hour it was up and lots of pulls in the fabric. I have to keep a cover over the headboard until their new cat tree arrives. Also need to find a long, big eye needle so I can pull the strings in and fix it. Stupid cats, too bad I love them.

The box arrived and I couldn't imagine that a headboard and frame were somehow packed inside. Intelligently engineered and thoughtfully designed for easy assembly. It took about 45 minutes to put together and that included pausing to be sure that I was getting it all right. This was easier than an IKEA assembly by far! No missing pieces either! Well done!

Handsome looking bedframe in the photo. Company boasts of it being easy to put together, but if you don't know how to hammer the legs open, the bolts won't tighten on the legs; and if you don't know to unscrew the supporting bolts, you'll never get the leg contraption to attach to the head/foot boards! Ratchet helps; Allen wrench a joke. Loosen all bolts before trying to attach head/foot and side boards. You've really got to know what you're doing here. NOT EASY TO ASSEMBLE until you get to the platform struts (hint: they just lay on top of the frame; no bolting down. Never did get the center bolt tightened all the way down so it will probably poke a hole in the mattress. Not even sure how sturdy the whole thing is until it's slept on and all the bolts fall apart. Took me 3 hours to put it together.

I was skeptical at first because of how cheap it was, but when I received it I was pleasantly surprised! the box it comes in is very heavy so you'll most likely need two people to move it around. but taking it out and building it was pretty simple. instructions were clear and easy to follow, my bf only took an hour to build this. fits our mattress perfectly, very sturdy, we bought the grey king size and its holding up really well. it looks great for the price too. I've never not had to use a box spring but this bed frame makes it totally possible. I highly recommend buying this if you are on a budget.

1. Easiest install for bedframe. Well though out design. One person can install this king size bedframe and headboard. The design is just a few steps to link the pieces together (simple clear diagrams)

I loved that everything to put it together was included but the coolest part was all of the parts were zipped up in the back of the headboard !!! Now I have a cool hiding spot to hide small Christmas presents or money in the back of my headboard compartment lol . Seriously though I put it together by myself and usually my hubby has to do this part . It’s so so sturdy too and we aren’t small folks !!! Wonderful piece and great price

So this is a cheap bed, but from Zinus. They make great cost-effective products that I think are great. This bed is good - the problem was UPS dropping it on my drive way, box opened, and the corner of the bed ripped showing the thin yellow foam. One of the sideboard also had black markings I can't get out.The corner that ripped, i could see the fabric is pretty thin. I contacted Amazon and they sent me a whole new replacement (even though i only needed the headboard). They are aweome!The thing is though, once i put these furniture pieces together, I'm not going to take it apart because it takes time and effort. Even though I have a new set, now I have to find time to take the old one apart.... not fun :(

Was super easy to put together, took me maybe 30-45 minutes by myself. Seems super sturdy once it was all set up. Got the king size and looks great.

The bed arrived in 2 days with prime. It was well packaged. Everything was included inside the headboard. It was very heavy for me to manouver. I read the instructions but still felt the need to find a video of someone assembling the same bed. It was easier to understand after seeing the video. I am a senior and managed to assemble the bed myself in just over an hour. Someone with help could easily do it in half that time. The ratchet tool included made the job easier than just an Allen key for me. All hardware was included and labeled. It is a very attractive bed and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone . I would also order from the company again based on my experience. It is now set up in my guest room awaiting its trial run. I am pleased with my purchase.

Love this bed. A beautiful colour, nice quality fabric and super sturdy. All the piece came in the headboard and assembled very easily, it even came with a Allen key wrench, that maybe wasn't the bed quality but was super handy. I wish the headboard was a bit taller but that would have made it more expensive so I'm ok with it. The only quality issue that I could passible knit pick about is the corner of the fabric are not super crisp. I sew so I know how to make a nice sharp corner with fabric but I don't think it would be noticable to anyone who doesn't sew.

This is the 4th Zinus bed frame I've bought, one for my old bed, two for family members, and this one. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I've been getting the folding platform bases, because of the perfect balance of low price, excellent quality and silence, and ease of assembly/disassembly/moving. Having just gotten a new mattress, I wanted something a little more decorative, so I sprung for this upholstered frame, and so far it's great!This is obviously more expensive than the folding platform bases Zinus makes, but to be honest, compared with similar frames I've seen in other places, they're still very reasonably priced, so no complaints there. This is also considerably more difficult to assemble, but that is no surprise in comparison, since their folding bases literally go together or apart in 5 minutes assembled by one person, being shipped almost entirely assembled and just unfolded and screwing on 4 wing nuts. That being said, I assembled it in around an hour, and a good 10 minutes of that was just getting it out of the box, since a second person would be really helpful for that. All tools needed are included, and the instructions are clear and easily understood. The fact that all pieces are contained inside the headboard continues Zinus' tradition of making their bed frames easy to move, which I really liked about the platform bases. This will obviously take a lot longer to disassemble than those, but I bet knowing how it goes together now, I could likely take the whole thing apart in about 20 minutes, and reassemble it in half an hour or so. It's only really 8 pieces, and 2 rolls of slats, so total 10 pieces and about a dozen Allen screws (OH, and the legs. Add 4 legs, which are sort of pieces and sort of fasteners). The tools provided are a regular Allen key, and a really interesting ratcheting Allen wrench thing which works really well for being such a basic thing. Ikea could seriously take notes. I might even use it for other Allen bolts, because it's neat!Once I had it put together, and having tightened down all the screws properly, I was unsurprised to find that it is equally as silent as my other Zinus frames. This is my favorite thing about their frames, they make ZERO noise, as long as you put them together properly. My platform base from my old bed has been completely silent for about 4 years now, which I have never experienced with any other frame. I have rubber glides under each leg because I'm on laminate floors, and that's all that is needed. I have never needed to re-tighten the wing nuts in that entire time.PROTIP: Just like when assembling anything else, you want to:A: Make sure you don't tighten any fasteners completely until the whole thing is together. This keeps both sides equal in terms of tension and makes sure everything is square.B: When you do make the final tightening of the fasteners, make sure they're good and tight. If you don't tighten the bolts/screws enough, they will back off and that's where your squeaks and rattles come from in the future.Overall, I am so far 100% satisfied. If I run into any problems, I will update the review. Considering the luck I've had with Zinus' products thus far, I don't think that's going to be an issue. I could be wrong though, considering how different this type of frame is from the ones I've had before. That being said, there is every sign of forethought and careful engineering here, so I don't think there will be any problems.

Ordered this bed frame on a Thursday evening and it was delivered the following Tuesday. Easy assembly. Exactly as advertised. Very pleased with this purchase.
