Printer quality is good and very good customer service.

Easy to use and install. Prints faster. Faced issues in detection to my desktop due to non availability of driver but was sorted out after contacting helpline. Kindly mention on product packaging to contact helpline for driver if not available on website

1)Very bad product poor quality 2) u cant return only replace is available think before buy 3) not printing peoperly in the app 4) No proper app for ios 5)If u have to return the product u hav to go through alot 6) There team give u free rolls and ask for good review

Easy to use and multi purpose, I see that You also use Thermal roll and use in billing applications also, print quality is good , only one thing is that you cannot connect multiple devices via Bluetooth. If its possible, its really helpful for store operations.

Not good Noisy, manual cutter is not that good They don't have good app for custom printing and if you use different app it print gibirish. I am returning it
