上腕骨外（内）側上顆炎内側でも、バンド内側に突起が出ているタイプが効く方と、面で押さえたほうが効果を感じる方に分かれると思います。ゴルフ肘で左ヒジが上腕骨外側上顆炎になっておりフライパンをもったり中身の入ったコップを持ち上げるのが困難です。いろいろ試して、面で押さえて効くタイプでした。スポット的に抑えるバンドタイプのものと、履くタイプの圧をかけられるもの両方を探していました。つけたときから痛いことを忘れるくらいの効果を感じました。ですがピッタリ作られている分、脱着が手間です。バンドタイプとの併用が良いと思います。軽く腕を曲げてヒジから5cmくらいの一番太いところが28.5cmでしたので「３」サイズ。適度な圧とサポート具合で今の所、私にはぴったりです。
