Good vitamins but to strong for me!
I like the quality of these multivitamins they work but I mostly sensitive to vitamins with energy! It doesn’t state on the bottle that it has energy plus. As other multivitamins do. I definitely feel the energy on these vitamins gives me anxiety which is something i deal with. This vitamin I would take before going to the gym for a workout! Not something I would take on a dairy basis!
