As you put this on, it seems like it'll be too small for your hips or highs.. For reference, I have a 44 inch hips and a 36 inch waist. However, the fabric is really stretchy and durable. The upper half has a few bones for durability, and fits tightly, which smooths the figure and enhances an hour glass shape. This might not be comfortable or healthy if you have an apple shaped body and are not used to corsets. It is tight, so for those who haven't worn a corset or binder it will be uncomfortable.As for the but, mine is naturally saggy. This provided some lift, while keeping a natural shape. I didn't go straight to a bubble but, which is actually nice because it didn't fit my body type.

This does flatten my belly really well and helps get rid of my muffin top, but that's not the main reason I purchased it. I wanted to improve the appearance of my tush.The torso section goes up way too high! I can put it completely over my bust! And if I smoosh it under my bra, it's really uncomfortable. And there's no way to alter it without ruining the whole garment.The butt area is way too big too, and I'm not a small figured woman. I purchased the XL/2XL. I'm 5'8", 160 lbs., wait 34", hips 44", and wear around a 10-12 in women's jeans. I read the reviews and purchased the size other women with my same body shape and/or measurements purchased, but it's too big. So if I bend over and my underwear sticks out, this garment rides sooo high that it's not even covering my lower back in that situation. I wear a thong under this to keep it clean so I don't have to hand wash it every time I wear it.So looking back, I wouldn't have purchased such a large size. I would actually size down. I might order another one in a smaller size, but I'm scared it will be the same length wise in the torso and have to be crammed under my bra which is not a nice feeling. So now I know that when ordering shapewear, either order your normal size or a size smaller. That way it will compress all those problem areas. Unless you are purchasing a shape wear garmet from China, and in that case you should size up. But I believe this is manufactured in China, but it is true to American sizes.There are plenty of other types of shapewear that don't have issues like this. And the only reason I purchased this is to lift my butt, but like I said earlier, in order for it to do any butt lifting I have to yank the torso section all the way up and then I run into other issues.

Well. It somewhat slimmed my belly. I'd say really just kind of gave me a belly lift. Which might be cool if I wasn't three months postpartum with my first kid. So now I've got a lil lump at my belly button instead of my deflated inner tube around my waist. For reference, I am 6 feet tall and about 230 lbs. I believe I ordered an XL. I am usually very hour glass shaped with a tiny waist and long torso. I'm proud of the way my hips are and I found that the little under booty strap thing gave me a crease around my upper thigh in my little black dress. The way my body is shaped my hour glass figure is nore prevalent from a front/back view rather than from the side. So this created an extra lump for me. I gave it three stars for the following reasons though:•It came in three business days (prime shipping to Washington state)•If I had ordered a smaller size and had different shaped hips, this would have been excellent.•It was VERY well made. Comfortable where it did fit me, it had some flexible but firm wire boning in the torso area to keep it up, and it had absolutely no frayed stitching or messy lines.Wonderful product, just didn't suit my body at all.

I was ver sceptical about ordering this I had to read like 100 reviews before deciding to order, and boy am I glad I did! since everyone was saying it runs small I decided to order a medium/large , btw im size 7/9 in jeans hope this helps.... and it fit perfectly! it's nice n snug which its supposed to be. it make my bely tuck in since I just had a baby, and also makes my pants look good ;) haven't tried w a dress but w jeans n dress pants look really nice. it streches a lil after continue wear, and it helps my back that aches all the time. the only thing that bothered me a tiny bit was the bottom of the shorts hurts a lil after a few days cause it rolled up a lil but its manageable :) I just unroll it. hope this helps , I'm going to order another one but in small cause im losing weight

I am 5'5", 125 pounds, 36 inch hips and 26 inch waist. The sizing chart was totally wrong. All I will give this item is that it's extremely soft and seems to be made well. It's way too big even though I ordered right down the middle of the size chart. It should fit perfectly. I don't see how, unless this was two sizes smaller that it would actually do what it says. But if it was two sizes smaller, it would also cause Huge bulges at the top of my thighs. Just really didn't work. Can't even get a refund or return it because I'm nowhere near a UPS store and by the time I paid to have UPS pick it up I'm going to be out pretty much the cost of the product. So terrible service as well.

It was a struggle to pull it up which I guess is meant to be tight to hold tummy in. Finally it was up only to find out the torso section was too long for my petite 5ft self. I ordered a M/L and use pant size 6/8 with a muffin belly top.

the waist compression doesn't do anything and it makes my bum look odd. But maybe it's just the way I'm shaped. Maybe it does wonders for others!!

Got it, its good, but i think maybe my bum is already too big because it gives me a bit of a shelf. its great around the stomach area though and feels pretty comfy

It cut in underneath your bum and is very noticeable. I'm 5'2 and 115lbs and found it didn't achieve the little lift I was looking for at all. Very noticeable under lightter jeans, dresses and leggings.
