This camera looks good and comes with great additions... however the camera does shake alot despite having the anti-shake function set to ON. Overall its decent quality and produces good video but whilst walking around it shakes too much... maybe a good camera for using for static video or tripod related content.

This item arrived safe and well packaged.This is a really high quality video camera. It has a great matte black, grippy surface all over which makes it easy to keep hold of. This is perfectly suited for anyone that wants to take their video recording to the next level - a huge step up from using your mobile phone for sure. Whether you want to shoot video to edit or record memories, or if you want a super high quality webcam this camera is perfect. The camera seems very capable, handling whatever I have done with it so far. And I think it has so much more to give that I am yet to discover and explore.This records videos in 2.7k and takes photos with 36 million pixels, which is ULTRA high definition! The large 3 inch touch screen can be rotated 270 degrees and is perfect for framing up shots and reviewing it afterwards. The buttons are very well laid out and easy to use. This can produce some lovely videos in anyone's hands, including mine.The accessories are a fantastic addition that really helps this camera stand out from the crowd. I am not a big gan of vblog but i just need this for our product videos and podcast recording. it works perfectly compared to the normal phone recording as you can notice that your voice and sound quality improves 3 fold when you use their microphone and capture raw video data. There is a sleek feature to take a pic as wellI found the operation of this camera very simple as I am not very technical in camera specs however using this is not rocket science at all.overall it's a good investment for us.UPDATE ***I have tried to contact the customer service after having the issue on their channel however Mr Costa refused to accept it and very rude to customer service.

Cheap rubbish. Supplied set up in a language I don't speak and with instructions in broken English which makes changing the language or using other features very challenging. On arrival the remote didn't work and after eventually getting a reply from the seller I was sent another remote... Which also didn't work!!! Camera has remained unused and will stay that way. Total garbage.I obviously didn't give it 5 stars.. And can't change the rating. I would give it zero... In fact the seller should be giving me stars for buying it!!

I bought this for my sisters 40th birthday as she has been after a video camera for a while. Luckily I got this next day thanks to Amazon prime - just in time!She absolutely loves it. We set it up together which was very easy and then played around with the various features. The quality compared to a smart phone is far superior. Plus the way in which you hold a video camera means it is much steadier. She was very pleased with it and commented on how clear the picture is. Very happy with it!

Good camera with in nice price range, it can take 2.7k resolution on 30frames per second.Will be mainly used by my daughter for home learnings program.It’s has simple menu and very easy to operate.Comes with 2 batteries which quite nice to give opportunity to take extra footage when outdoors.It also came with external mic which good to have however it performs fine without it as well.It has sun hood around the lens which quite nice feature . Overall for value it’s great camera which easy to use and great quality footage.

Grainy images, doesn’t work well in darker settings either

Great bit of kit, we have just got into ghost hunting an this has all we need, lights and night vision . The external Mic picks up so many sound and even white noise my pc says, the quality of pictures in night and day are so good and when we watch playback it just like being there again. Storage bag is great as well as wide angle lens for outside shoots.
