This is a very functional piece of exercise equipment. Sturdy and buildable.

An excellent half step for smaller homes. I had a full-sized step for years but increasingly struggled with where to keep it. This stores neatly under ny desk where it does double duty as a foot rest when I'm not using it for exercise. It comes with more risers than I need for exercise but they are useful to turn it into a sturdy diy assistant. It's well built, and has good slip resistance. The range of heights available means it should suit all capabilities. You do need to modify your movements to get used to the smaller surface but that is to be expected.

I'm still using only the base one at the moment. It's been great for helping build muscle back that I lost during radiation and chemo. I'm pretty short so at the most I'll probably only use two levels of it.

I love this - the surface is good on my bare feet because I prefer to step without sneakers. The bottom grips the floor well. The size is perfect for my space and it is perfect for long and micro workouts throughout the day. The last time I had one like this I was in the best shape of my life and I am hoping to build some muscle and turn back the clock a bit here - so happy it arrived and I have started using it!

Light to carry easily adjust the hight and because you can separate the sections it is easy to store. It also seems very strong.
