Easy to use and clean.
This works beautifully- obviously makes Bacon and Eggs much easier. Easy to wash in the Laundry Sink as well, so always clean and ready to go. Has become the default to leave this in.

Indispensabile per i Serial Griller
Ho acquistato questa piastra in ghisa per il mio Weber Q3200 a gas, da affiancare alla griglia di serie.Consegna puntualissima, ma pacco un pò troppo grande per il contenuto stesso. La piastra è arrivata nella confezione originale Weber e perfettamente intatta.Ragazzi, questa piastra vi farà cambiare molti dei vostri punti fermi sulla cottura al barbecue....Ottima per le verdure, pesce, pane....ma anche con i tagli di carne aggiunge un tocco in più.Ho avuto modo di comparare due tagli identici di Angus, uno cotto sulla griglia di serie ed uno cotto su questa piastra.Il sapore non cambia, ma la marcia in più è la crosticina esterna che con la piastra in ghisa è decisamente più accattivante e croccante.Certo, è un accessorio non propriamente economico, ma si tratta comunque di un prodotto originale Weber, con tutte le garanzie del brand...ma a mio avviso è un "must to have" per i Serial Griller....Compratela, apritevi una bella birra e godetevi il vostro bbq....

This was and is a great product. I use a cast iron skillet on my house bbq, and this one for my portable bbq, this one has a smother finish if you want to cook pancakes which I do not, just a wonderful add on to your bbq
