What they don't tell you and what makes this such a great gel pack is this pack has a heavy woven exterior making this a heavy duty industrial use type of product. There are no worries about this being damaged or getting a hole in it from rough use There is a wide adjustable stretchy velcro strap attached to both ends. This pack remains flexible and easily molds to the area when frozenThis gel pack is comfortable to use, it stays frozen for the 20 minutes that I use it for, and is still frozen afterwards. I would definitely buy again.

Works great, Velcro holds it in place fine. Helps every morning with my ongoing back pain.

This is the only product of its type that fit my bruised upper rib. The muscles around the rib were also very sore, including part of my back. This reached all the affected areas, and the straps were long enough to fasten securely so I could walk around. It stayed in place, when other similar items did not. It also gets colder in the freezer than some of the others I have tried and really helped with the pain. I am ordering two more.

The media could not be loaded. I am so in love with this cool pack. It covers across my whole back from side to side. Stays cold for a long time and refreezes fast. A must have for anyone with back pain.

This does not have enough cooling media to effectively take down swelling or considerably affect inflammation in the knee but I'm not sure any of the kneee specific ice pack options on amazon do. This one seemed to have more cooling capacity then the other options. It will do in a pinch and is convenient to use in the car if you need to get some ice on that knee on the fly. Otherwise, nothing beats a large, unopened bag of frozen corn from costco. That will last long enough to put a serious chill on, and it fits over the knee nicely.

This ice pack stays cold. It's easy to use and easy to clean. It doesn't take long to get cold once you put it in the freezer.
