Q: I see colored back choices, is there an option for a transparent back to see the card backs also?

The card sleeves are colored to prevent cheating in organized play. Card covers that are clear meant to just protect the card not to be played with usually

Q: How good are these with inner sleeves (double sleeving)?

I like them and don't seem to have too big of a problem with them. The only advise I would give you; keep pressing down on them to flatten them out. I have also noticed--sometimes--the inner sleeves will push the card out when you're pushing it in to the outer sleeve (not often, but it can happen). Quick fix to this is to slowly push the sleeved card in until you notice when it does start to come out, and then dragging the sleeved card with your finger into the sleeve--gently (so you don't break it).

Q: Dose the card sleeves fit Pokémon cards?

These fit all standard sized trading card game cards. Magic, Pokemon and Yugioh included.
