Nice portable device
I bought it to use temporarily as I get the main one fixed. I have been using it at least once a day. For me personally it is easier to fill it up and let it run while I do other tasks instead of standing in the kitchen with a not so deep sink splashing water about. It cleans well and does its job and has been very helpful.

Little unit works great!!!!
I purchased another one off of Amazon and after the first cycle it was leaking all over my counter. I returned that one and purchased this one. I wish I had just bought this one from the start. For a little, compact machine it cleans my dishes really well! I'm very, very happy. Obviously it won't fit big pots and pans but for everyday glasses, utensils, plates, bowls, etc....it works perfect. I do the speed cycle of 30 minutes and it works so well I've never even tried the full cycle. Definitely glad I bought this and wish I did 2 years ago when I moved into my apt with no full dishwasher.

This keeps its Promises
Want to make your life simpler in a small space? Invest in this lovely appliance. It’s simple to use, easy to clean and it looks nice/sleek.I ordered 5 different brands and this one was the only one to fullfill every promise, PLUS that promise I made to my family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Works well for small spaces and/or small families
I purchased in Sept. '24 and have had no issues. It has been 2 months since my purchase, and I believe it suits my needs well. You do need to get "creative" fitting items other than plates. The utensil holder I do not like. It is the one thing I can complain about. It has individual slots on the top, but the spaces are not wide enough to accommodate my forks, spoons, etc. The top of the handle of my cutlery has a large tip. You can leave the top off, if needed.I am by myself, and it takes at least a week for me to have enough to put in a regular dishwasher. It definitely uses less water than doing it by hand. It uses about 3 and a half pitchers in the one provided, a bit less than 5 liters. I find that it is quieter than a regular dishwasher. Great for an RV if you have the counter space or storage space until needed. It is definitely advantageous and helps conserve water.

Wish I would have bought sooner
Bought this for my wife - she absolutely loves it. Our log a-frame kitchen isn’t that large so to install a bigger unit without losing cabinet space wasn’t really a good option. Another plus is we can take it along if we buy a motor home. It does a really good job cleaning, doesn’t use a lot of water, and doesn’t make much noise. Also at our ages saves some back aches.

Great Countertop dishwasher!
The media could not be loaded. This countertop dishwasher is amazing! I've had it for a little over a month now and it's been a godsend to say the least. I'm a single mom of 3 little ones, full-time college student and working part time and this has saved me so much time! We live in an apartment building and I've been hand washing dishes for the last 2 plus years. It arrived very quickly and I was able to easily move it and install it by myself. I love that it has the options to either hook it up to your faucet or fill it with water. I've only used it by filling it with water and it washes my dishes perfectly. I run the drain hose directly into my kitchen sink. It's super easy to install and use. A regular wash time only takes 60 minutes and it actually holds quite a bit for it being a countertop dishwasher. It has air and heat dry options and both work pretty well. When using the heat dry I noticed you can't put cheap plastic cups in the very back because they will melt! It only makes a little bit of noise when the waters draining or when it switches from wash to rinse. I've asked my next door neighbor and downstairs neighbor if they heard it at all while it was running and they said no. The price is a little steep but it's definitely worth it and I highly recommend it!

JUST BUY IT!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!
I have a very small kitchen and very small amounts of counter space, however, this gem fit perfectly in the space I had beside my sink. I fill it up using the sprayer hose from the sink and the drain suction cups and drains right into the sink! Best kitchen upgrade!

Long wait for disappointment!!!
This Item has bells and whistles, but it might be all smoke and mirrors. I don't know for sure due to a heavily damaged unit arriving at my doorstep. It's box had been abused to the point of being nearly destroyed. When I first unpacked it, all I noticed was some soot on the unit where the holes in box were. After I hooked it up, I noticed it was cracked on the side at the horizontal seam, and it leaked profusely from the "bottom." I don't know where, the leak was not at a hose connection. The machine ran silently, and cleaned thoroughly. But the bottom sagged and leaked, it was split on the side, and constantly kept displaying the E3 error code. This means the machine has to be restarted, tipped over to drain, and you basically have to start over. Total nightmare in only one day. How are you going to ship me a wrecked piece of garbage for over $300.00? Now I have the hassle of trying to send it back-- can't recommend! Edit: packing it up for return I noticed it is cracked open on the bottom inside the unit. This explains the leaking.
