Years ago I used to buy and use this toothpaste. It's won consumer rewards as one of the best teeth whitening toothpastes on the market, and it really works! (I remember people saying the first thing they noticed about me was how white my teeth were after using this for a few months!) I thought it was discontinued for the longest time since I couldn't find it in stores anywhere and this is the only listing I could find for it on Amazon. Formula is the same but they renovated the packaging. Love this product, would highly recommend!

Had to switch to this, as my regular Luster isn't available. This one works great, has a pleasant scent & taste, is mild, a little goes a long way, foams a lot, is in a soft tube.

Not the same lusters I guess they’re no longer in business. Nothing bad to say about it though. Nothing special to say about the charcoal product. Standard toothpaste just black color. Would not purchase again I can just go to the drugstore and get regular toothpaste

I've loved this product for years. Works without the sensitivity. The flavor used to be better but it's still fine.

My mouth is sensitive to some whitening toothpastes including this one. I know it sounds gross, but if I use this toothpaste too often, it makes the skin of my mouth peel off. If I use it every third or fourth brushing it is okay, but I can't use it every time I brush. So, because of sensitivity I can't use this toothpaste often enough to say if it helps to whiten teeth.

Love this product. Just wish it was in stock more often.

This product helps keep my teeth whiter without the sensitivity that occurs with the other whitening toothpaste. It also has fluoride to help prevent cavities. I think it's a worthwhile investment.
