I first learned about Barleans Olive Leaf Extract years ago shopping in a health food store. All the employees took it since they dealt with customers during flu season and it was great for the immune system. I haven’t had the flu in decades and it also helps regulate blood pressure. I don’t have high blood pressure even though my genetics point in that direction. Whether it’s due to this supplement I don’t know. It’s been in my supplement arsenal for years and it will continue to be. I also use Barleans Flax Oil.

Wow! This past cold and flue season has been the first year in my sixty plus years that I have not had a full blown cold or flu systems. I had a sore throat and stuffy nose when I received my first bottle. For three days I would open a capsul and put some of the oil on a Q-tip, swap inside each nostril and mix remaining oil with honey and let it coat my throat. I did this three times a day. I also took a capsul each day. I continued to take one to two caps a day for about a week and felt great while grand kids were all here out of school with colds. Incredible!
