Works as intended, zero issues
It worked when I was changing my tire size (JL Wrangler) and caused no issues. I didn't notice anything in particular about this product when I was using it, which is about the highest compliment that can be paid to a product like this.

Worked great on '21 WK2 Grand Cherokee
Wow, I thought I had to spend a lot of money to bypass FCA's lock. This worked great on my 2021 Grand Cherokee WK2. I was able to get my pin code with jscan and program a new remote key fob. I was also able to override some factory settings like keeping my fog lights on when I put on the high beams and turning off the seat belt alarm. There were a few other options I set as well. On the G Cherokee you just remove the trim under the glove box and disconnect the two wires on the left and hook this up. When you are done you can just tuck it back up under the dash if you want to leave it connected. I combined this with the OBDLink MX+ and it worked great!

It does work, wish the cord was longer
Gateway module is in different locations on Chrysler vehicles, wish they were all located close to the steering column.

Do the research on accessing the DTC's for your 2018+ Chrysler vehicle. This little gem will bypass the security gateway. Very good value!
