Easy to use and does an awesome job!

Easy to setup and use the first couple times. Then the top wouldn't open when pushing the button and the timer light started to flash and by the third month doesn't even power on.

Same machine I had previously which lasted years. Works great. No problems. Package arrived fine.

I purchased this product to clean gemstones and minerals and for the price it works better than expected. I have a large collection of raw minerals that I display in my home and over time the dust is impossible me to clean out of the cracks and crevices. I have always wondered how people keep them so clean and it is so frustrating to spend thousands on a stone that look nothing like it did when I purchased it because of dust. I was shocked at how dirty the water got after a few cleanings and how clean my rocks were. The basket on the isonic is large enough to hold a few small-medium sized minerals, but will not work for larger pieces. There are several minerals that you can't. It put in water and/or this machine so do your research, but majority of my stones can go In for a cleaning. Easy to use. Just add water, choose time length of cleaning and press on. Cleans with sound waves so it makes a sharp vibrating whistle/buzz but it is not too loud so it is not terribly annoying. Cleans dust/dirt off of most minerals in 180 seconds but if you are trying to clean the earth from them after mining they need more time and you will prob need to add oxcilic acid to it. But I ha e just been using water and this machine for my needs so far. Would definitely recommend for any gem and mineral collector. Ha e not tried cleaning jewelry or glasses yet but trust it will do the trick!

It does clean eyeglasses well, but the latch design is so cheap it popped off during the second use...it's on a very tiny spring. The manufacturer should have designed a better way to latch it. I use a rubber band around the whole unit to keep the lid close.

I have had so many problems getting my prescription glasses clean with sprays and wipes etc. I was told if I used one of these machines it might damage the lens coating. But I read reviews saying it was not a problem so I decided to try it. I only use it twice a week and not only do the lenses come out clean but so do the frames. I love it and so far my lenses are fine.

I bought this for my boyfriend for sweetest day! It did arrive a day late and came with solution which I thought was a tiny bottle but you only need 2 caps full to clean. You can physically see the dirt lifting as the machine does it's thing. The picture and lighting don't capture how amazing his jewelry looks. No more trips to the mall for a cleaning 👍🏾

I thought that this was a decent product. Seemed like a good value for the money. Simple controls, nicely constructed. I used it exclusively to clean my eyeglasses daily. After almost exactly one year it died. Timer works, it lights up, but the actual cleaning is no more.
