I think itis the rounded shape, or maybe a coating, but these big tablets are easy for me to swallow. I am talking about swallowing them myself because my husband took one look at them and said “nope.”These are very strong multivitamins and it is recommended to not take any other vitamins when taking this supplement.

I like that, and I like the informative highlights AND cautions...I want to know exactly what I'm putting into my body, good or bad and there's nothing hidden here.The bottle contains 180 tablets...a three month supply...so it's cost effective as well as good for me. I'm looking forward to feeling the benefits of this multivitamin, and I like the quality ingredients.
