For DIY
I bought this to avoid seepage of water around the bathtub. It’s been more than a month now and seems to hold perfectly.

Great for my bathroom!
I bought this caulk for my bathroom to seal up any cracks and it's been pretty effective at doing so!

Easy to use
Love this is a tube and I don’t have to deal with the whole metal thingy (that’s an official DIY term lol) to push the caulk out.

Works well in a snap, tough to control.
Backstory: I live in a rent-controlled apartment and the landlord is not the best. Recaulking the tub may be a week-long event for him.The gold standard is a caulk gun with caulk. I needed something quick and easy to last about two years or so.There's tons of YouTube videos about using this stuff. Pretty simple to prep and apply however getting the stuff out of the tube isn't simple. As there is less and less material, you need to move material more and more to the tip.As you see from the picture, I didn't do a professional job nor did I want to. It seems to seal up well. Being in a rental, I don't really have room for a caulk gun, and this is a one-use type of item which is decent enough for me. One tube will reasonably caulk the perimeter of the tub and that's it. I learned from this lesson that the caulk needs to enter well past the crack into the wall outwards. If you have a lot of material left after it, you may have not done it right.

Worked Great
I needed an adhesive caulk for an outdoor application. I tried several others without success. This product has worked great even after several months and bad weather.

Polyurethane - the best caulk
I had a handyman a long time ago who swore by PolySeamSeal. It is a polyurethane caulk. I consider this the best type of caulk because it does not fail outside from UV light (unlike latex caulk which generally dries up or fails in a year outside even when painted), and it is paintable and cleans up with water (unlike silicone).Unfortunately this product is getting very hard to find. It seems this product line was sold to a German company and they are no longer using the name "PolySeamSeal". I hope PU caulk will still be made. It's the only type of caulk I use.
