This disc adds songs to my library that I did not have. Quality is good.

For lovers of 80s and early 90s music, these two CDs are essential to your collection! The sound is fantastic and unfutzed with. I had never heard some of the tracks before this CD, but I bought it to update the sound on some of the songs I already had. I look forward to more of this series.

Wow. Get this: of the 20 cuts on the CD, 12 of them are Billboard Top-Ten hits, and five of those rose to the coveted #1 position. Yet, THESE are "hard to find"? Yeah, they are, as booklet writer, music historian Greg Adams explains.By the late 80s, the hits people heard on the radio were often difficult to find, because the physical 45 rpm record had fallen out of favour. In a lot of cases, all people could buy were albums--and they got surprised, when the hits heard on the radio were different then what they heard on albums. Case in point: Meat Loaf's 1993 #1, I'd Do Anything For Love (But I won't Do That). On the radio: 5:14. Wow. Long, huh? On the album: over 12 minutes!! Consequently--what you remember from just 30 years ago is now..."hard to find."By 1980 (the earliest year represented here) was 34 years old. My 1-2 hr.-a-day listening habit was taking a hit (family, mortgage career does that to you.) So, while I remember high points--Right Here Waiting, Richard Marx, It Must Have Been Love, Roxette, Commodores' Nightshift--lots slipped by me as the 80s slide into the 90s, so happy to hear and learn about Concrete Blonde (Joey) and the Proclaimers' I'm Gonna be (500 Miles).Great disc.

Great CD with many songs I did not have. Able to share with my Daughter who grew up in that era.

The Hard To Find 45's series of discs have great sound and the remastering is very good. I am not always overjoyed with song selections of these discs for the price but those 2 or 3 'must have' songs make it more worth it when pricing goes down to my price point on Amazon.

Never thought that I would like it, as I'm not into 80's music, but it's grown on me and I love it. With all the previous H2F CD's in my collection, I had to keep it complete.

Sería estupendo que ERIC RECORDS nos deleitara con más frecuencia con esta inmensa colección pero lo cierto es que cada vez se hacen más de rogar. Este Volumen 15 es tan bueno como todos y contiene versiones "especiales" de Red Red Wine de UB40, o una muy poco escuchada de "I'd Do Anything For Love" de Meat Loaf que resulta excelente. Estos son dos ejemplos pero las 20 canciones son muy buenas. Hazte un favor y añádelo a tu discoteca.

I was reluctant to purchase this CD because I'm really not that much into 80s music but I had the previous 14 volumes in this series so I purchased it just to have a complete series. I'm glad I did. There are a few songs on this CD that I had been looking for. I was actually quite impressed with the selections on this CD. There were several I never heard before and I guess I didn't know what I was missing. Every song is brilliant on here. There's not one bad song on here and I would highly recommend this if you're into oldies or 80s music.
